Performance Opportunities
Performing and sharing music with others is an integral aspect of piano playing. Because of this, numerous opportunities are awarded to all students throughout the year. Bi-annual student recitals are held at various venues, and monthly studio classes take place where students informally perform for one another, sharing feedback and practice performing newer repertoire.
Many enter in additional festivals and competitions throughout the year. Students have been prize winners at Little Mozarts Competition, Triumph Music Festival, Dorothy Sutton Piano Festival, and Constance Murray Piano Festival. As a result, students have performed at Carnegie Hall, The Academy of Music, Baruch Performing Arts Center, Pennsylvania State University, Temple University and West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
